Internal Strategic Assessment: THE STRATEGY EXPERT® Internal Strategic Assessment is designed to identify those areas in an organization that can help them grow to the next level and identify those areas that could prevent it from future success. This proprietary strategic assessment includes 7 strategic areas and is comprised of 62 specific strategic measures that are numerically assessed. Some areas assessed include: evaluating pricing strategies, assessing how well the organization competes with the competition, evaluating risks and stakeholders, evaluating relationships with key avatar customers, etc. We spend two day in your organization, talking with your team members, reviewing reports, making observations, sometimes speaking with customers and suppliers and even competitors and then providing a comprehensive final report. Fee: $8,500 plus expenses.
