Code of Ethics

We understand that the client’s interest is the top priority in any consulting engagement and we serve clients with complete integrity, competence, objectivity, professionalism, and diligence with attention to detail and follow-up, when necessary.

We only accept consulting engagements for which we believe we possess the requisite experience, competence, and a high degree of confidence to perform.

We only assign staff or engage colleagues with the knowledge and expertise needed to effectively serve clients.

Before any assignment, we collaborate with the client to establish a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, responsibility of each party and fee arrangement.

We establish realistic expectations of the benefits and results and we pledge to tell clients what they “need” to hear, even if that is not what they “want” to hear.

We keep all information obtained from clients strictly confidential and do not divulge to anyone any such confidential, privileged, or proprietary information regarding the client’s business without express written or oral consent from the client.
We do not undertake any engagement in which there might be a conflict of interest, or the perception of a conflict of interest, that we believe might influence our judgement or objectivity. Should a conflict develop during the engagement, we immediately cease work and discuss such conflict with the client.

We offer to withdraw from any consulting engagement where we believe our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.

We agree, in advance, with a client on the basis of fees and expenses and we charge fees that are reasonable and commensurate with the work being performed and the responsibility accepted.

We respect the rights of consulting colleagues and consulting firms and do not use their proprietary information or methodologies without permission.
