Eureka Zone™ Program

Innovation Development Team and The Strategy Expert are pleased to provide the preparation course for Use in Applying for Eureka Zone™. Those taking the course will also be prepared for Shark Tank™ and approaching investors of all types. Our course is available live in Tempe, Arizona at scheduled dates and online. It is designed for you, as an inventor, to have your best chance at success getting on the show and having your patented invention idea in a position favorable for funding as needed. 

Those who follow Shark Tank™  understand from the onset that it is a longshot to make the cut to get on the show and even more so to getting an invention selected as ‘worthy’, but we’ll be with you all the way from Concept to Cash. Many inventors struggle with inadequate funding and the development of their inventions to get them to a professional level. We are happy to share our expertise with you to help drive your invention idea to success! Although you should know that there should be no implied notion of guaranteed success, we do encourage you to put forth your best efforts and we will do the same. Our combined efforts will put you in a favorable position for marketing your invention to investors of all types. Be mentally prepared for the effort and expenditure you are about to invest. THE CONTESTANT KITS

The Bronze Contestant Kit ($1995.00)

includes the following:    

assistance with completing the required applications. Remember each collaborator must complete, submit his/her own application and verify it has been successfully received. This is a two-part process. There is an initial one-page preliminary application and a Eureka Zone™ application that must be submitted at a later phase (zone)   

preparing your invention idea for professional presentation. You will need to supply the patent search + evaluation (which we will help with); and any 3D renditions; virtual prototype + physical prototype (*which we are able to provide advice to the extent needed or provide them to you a-la-carte or order a higher package described below); and marketing material that you currently have or will develop, as needed, as you progress. Participants will have this all completed to the extent necessary before the presentation at Eureka Zone™  

preparing the business plan (so you know all your ‘numbers’ and a strategic plan for manufacturing, price-point, royalty analysis, business evaluation—whatever is needed to present to the the Eureka Zone™ investors to have them fully understand your product)   

preparing your Eureka Zone™ – ready story presentation  

2 coaching sessions. Coaching session 1 helps you prepare your materials and approach. Coaching session 2 includes a mock session to help you prepare   

suggestions for your informational website and video, with content   

and other as needed.  

you will also be required to have a patent application filed with the USPTO on or before the Eureka Zone™ to provide you with patent protection; however, this will be engaged and paid for separate and apart from the services we offer since it is considered legal services.   

*Due to the nature of prototyping and the individual needs of the course participants varying drastically, we can advise on what is needed by way of virtual and/or physical prototypes to showcase your invention and those services can be arranged for by referral or other. They will constitute an additional expense if required and will be quoted independently with the bronze package offering. 

The Silver Contestant Kit ($2995.00)

includes the following:    

Bronze Contestant Kit plus (five) 3-D drawings to showcase the invention for marketing and other.  

One additional coaching session to provide guidance/review/assess your strategic business plan, executive summary, or pitch deck

The Gold Contestant Kit ($4999.00)

includes the following:    

Silver Contestant Kit plus informational website and video, with content, in place plus one additional one-on-one coaching session for last minute preparation for Eureka Zone™  

Enhanced business plan guidance for more established investors 

Coaching session on investor relations 

The Platinum Contestant Kit ($6999.00)

includes the following:   

The Gold Contestant Kit plus additional materials required for presentation to Venture Capital Investors (strategic business planning) 

Enhanced strategic business plan guidance for more sophisticated investors 

Final review of your strategic business plan, executive summary, website, and pitch deck
