Coaching and Mentoring

THE STRATEGY EXPERT® provides individually customized coaching and mentoring services for business owners, C-level executives, and managers who seek to improve their skills to achieve their next level of success.

Coaching Program

Coaching is a process where the coach helps individuals achieve specific goals. This involves giving feedback, guidance, and support that is tailored to the unique needs and objectives of the client. Think about it in terms of a sports team. The individuals have most of the knowledge and skills, they just need some enhancement and to know when to use specific tools, methods, and approaches.

Our coaching program is designed to develop skills that you need and enhance some of the skills you already have that may need to be elevated to help you achieve your next level of success.

The first step is to assess your current skills in relation to what you want to accomplish and then design a program to meet those needs.

This involves meetings twice a month via Zoom for one hour each meeting. You complete work between the two meetings. Some of this work might be reading books or articles, completing worksheets, having email discussions with your coach, etc. For example, one exercise is designed to narrowly focus on your vision of the future (what you want to achieve).

Fee: $800 a month with no commitment from month to month.

Basic Mentoring Program

While coaching is more skill-based, mentoring is more application-based and designed to your specific situation. The Basic Mentoring Program consists of everything mentioned in the coaching program plus more. It is a weekly commitment of assignments and checking in. Weekly Zoom meetings are available if needed, and at your request (two Zoom meetings throughout the month). During the Basic Mentoring Program, we not only work on your skills, but we also work on applying them to your specific situation. For example, you may meet someone who wants to strategically align with you and you’re not sure if you should partner with them or how you should work with them. You can schedule a Zoom meeting, and we can discuss that (and other) specific situations. The Basic Mentoring Program is a lot more interactive.       

Fee: $1,200 a month with no commitment from month to month.

Advanced Mentoring Program

The Advanced Mentoring Program consists of everything in the Basic Mentoring Program plus more.

The Advanced Mentoring Program also includes a monthly live working session via Zoom. During this session, you bring your issues, problems and opportunities, and we help you evaluate your approach and we provide ideas to help you move forward to achieve your next level of success. You may invite others to your session if you like.

The Advanced Mentoring Program also entitles the client to access to the vast TSE library of resources. Whether you need a Gantt chart for a project, a sample job description, a template to conduct a risk assessment, a new hire checklist, an onboarding plan, etc., TSE has a library of over 44,000 files that it uses with clients on actual engagements. Simply send an email to see if we have any materials on a particular topic and if we do, we share those with our Advanced mentees.

The Advanced Mentoring Program also includes four Zoom meetings each month. Maybe you are holding a meeting with your management or operational teams, and you would like your mentor to virtually sit in at the meeting. Perhaps you are meeting with a new supplier, partner, or customer and you would like your mentor to help create a strategy for the relationship. Your Mentor can provide guidance before, and during, meetings.

The Advanced program also included unlimited email and text support throughout the month for whatever you want to discuss related to your growth opportunities.

Fee: $1,500 a month with no commitment from month to month.
